Every re-manufactured cylinder head is completely stripped, cleaned and inspected using the latest specialist equipment. Any cylinder head that fails our 90°C pressure test for cracks is scrapped. We never weld, stitch or repair any internal faults, so we are one of the few operators in the UK who can guarantee crack and porous free castings. Only cylinder heads that can pass our strict quality control procedures are accepted for further processing. The head is re-engineered to manufacturers tolerances and fully assembled for fitting.
 
 
 
Brand new cylinder heads are available as either:
   

a.New casting fully assembled with new components.
b.New casting fully assembled with re-manufactured components.
c.New bare casting with pre-combustion chambers, valve seats, valve guides and cam caps.

All our product range carries a 12 month/12,000 miles warranty.
We were the first Cylinder Head Re-manufacturer in the UK to become part of the prestigious F.E.R. (Federation of Engine Remanufacturers). Membership is restricted to those companies whose standards comply with a strict Code of Practice and operate a high specification workshop.
